of life in 1984 under the rule of Big Brother, including telescreens, thought-police,
mass-manipulation and Room 101, has been indelibly stamped on our collective-psyche.
The parallels between the fictional titular year and today's Election Day
have become our reality. A warped-version of Big Brother is a clear and present threat to
Democracy in the United States.
There were no happy endings for Winston, Julia and The Brotherhood.
Their fate was cast in ink by an enlightened scribe.
Our fate is now in our own hands.
