(he of the "inadvertently omitted" but now admitted trips to Bali, Indonesia and the elite Bohemian Grove club in California - all reportedly paid for by his friend and billionaire Harlan Crow.  The same Justice who also failed to disclose private jet transportation to Indonesia or travel on a luxury yacht, yet reported no travel or reimbursements for 2023) concluded that the law does not support the ATF’s rule banning bump stocks. He explained, semiautomatic rifles that are equipped with bump stocks do not fire more than one shot “by a single function of the trigger". The bump stock, he wrote, “merely reduces the amount of time that elapses between separate ‘functions’ of the trigger” by allowing the shooter to quickly press the trigger again.
