My iTunes is downloading the show as I write this, so my comments should be tempered by not having yet listened to the show. With that disclaimer in mind, I am guessing that you really mean the 'Penguin Cafe Orchestra' instead of what's listed on the blog. I was in grade school in England when this stuff came out, and I haven't heard them at all since then.
